Strategi Badan Musyawarah Adat (BMA) dalam Meminimalisir Dampak Negatif Pesta Pernikahan Perspektif Fiqih Siyasah di Kabupaten Kaur

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi Badan Musyawarah Adat (BMA) Kabupaten Kaur dalam meminimalisir dampak negatif pelaksanaan pesta pernikahan ditinjau dari perspektif Fiqih Siyasah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BMA Kaur menjalankan strategi seperti mediasi adat, penyuluhan moral dan nilai agama, penegakan sanksi adat, serta optimalisasi pelaksanaan Perda Adat Kabupaten Kaur Nomor 1 Tahun 2023. Implementasi ini mencerminkan prinsip siyasah dusturiyah dan ahlul halli wal aqdi dalam Fiqih Siyasah yang mengedepankan keadilan sosial, maslahat umum, dan kepastian hukum. Kendati demikian, penerapan perda ini masih menghadapi tantangan dalam konsistensi pelaksanaan di lapangan. Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan koordinasi antara BMA, pemerintah daerah, dan tokoh masyarakat guna meningkatkan efektivitas kebijakan adat.
