Abstract

This study examines the application of the Heutagogy approach to enhance students’ learning creativity in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Using a quantitative pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design with 33 tenth-grade students, data were collected through essay tests and projects. The results show a significant improvement in scores from 46.18 to 78.72, with increases in originality, flexibility, and learning autonomy. Statistical analysis indicates p = 0.000 and Cohen’s d = 4.02 (very large effect). The findings suggest that Heutagogy effectively promotes students’ creativity and engagement in learning.
