This community service programme aimed to enhance the ability of students at SMK Bina Jaya Palembang to design English advertising flyers by applying persuasive writing techniques. Addressing students’ limited experience in combining persuasive language with visual elements, the programme employed a participatory approach through Project-Based Learning (PJBL). The participants were 50 eleventh-grade students who engaged in needs analysis, material development, interactive workshops, guided project activities, and product evaluation. Students’ flyer products were evaluated using an analytic rubric focusing on persuasive language and visual design quality. The results showed that 85% of students achieved satisfactory persuasive writing performance and 87% produced visually appealing flyer designs, with an average score of 4.2 out of 5. These findings indicate that integrating persuasive writing within project-based activities effectively supports students’ linguistic skills, visual creativity, and learning motivation. Moreover, the programme contributed to the development of essential 21st-century skills, including critical thinking, collaboration, and digital literacy.
