Efektivitas Kombinasi Positive Reinforcement dan Differential Reinforcement of Alternative Behavior (DRA) terhadap Pagophagia pada Mahasiswa Dewasa Awal

Pagophagia merupakan perilaku mengonsumsi es batu secara berulang tanpa kebutuhan fisiologis yang dapat berkembang menjadi perilaku maladaptif. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas positive reinforcement dengan pendekatan Differential Reinforcement of Alternative Behavior (DRA) dalam menurunkan perilaku makan es batu pada mahasiswa dewasa awal. Penelitian menggunakan desain single subject experimental. Data dikumpulkan melalui pencatatan frekuensi perilaku selama fase baseline tujuh hari dan fase intervensi empat belas hari. Intervensi dilakukan dengan pemberian positive reinforcement setiap tiga hari sekali. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan analisis visual. Hasil menunjukkan penurunan frekuensi perilaku makan es batu selama fase intervensi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa positive reinforcement berbasis DRA efektif dalam menurunkan pagophagia pada konteks non klinis.
