Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji kualitas psikometrik modifikasi skala Happiness at Work (HAW) pada Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Indonesia. Konsep HAW mengacu pada Fisher (2010), yaitu penilaian dan pengalaman positif di tempat kerja. Skala yang diadaptasi dari Salas-Vallina dan Alegre (2018) dimodifikasi menjadi tiga dimensi: engagement, job satisfaction, dan affective organizational commitment, dengan reduksi dari 31 menjadi 18 item. Validitas isi diuji melalui expert judgement (N=5) menggunakan Aiken’s V, dilanjutkan pilot study (N=30) dan pengujian utama (N=377) dengan purposive sampling. Analisis meliputi deskriptif, korelasi item-total, reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha, serta Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) menggunakan JASP. Hasil EFA awal menunjukkan struktur unidimensional dan tiga item dihapus karena MSA dan factor loading rendah. EFA lanjutan mempertahankan satu faktor dominan dan mengeliminasi empat item tambahan, sehingga tersisa 11 item. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) menunjukkan model valid dan reliabel dengan factor loading signifikan, AVE 0,566, serta reliabilitas tinggi (ω=0,934; α=0,935). Instrumen ini dinilai layak digunakan untuk penelitian HAW pada ASN di Indonesia.
